The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine activities according to established standards and regulations. This role involves providing basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
Candidates must possess a valid state certification and demonstrate excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. A high level of integrity, a well-grounded work ethic, agility, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach are also required.
