Caregivers are responsible for providing non-medical caregiving services to seniors, which includes assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and following personalized care plans. Duties also involve assisting with housekeeping and meal preparation.
Candidates must be certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA), STNA, CNA, or MA in North Carolina. Essential attributes include excellent communication skills and a compassionate and empathetic attitude, along with the ability to work independently.
