The role involves providing rewarding work by helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow, learn, and live well, while developing meaningful relationships with them. Responsibilities include supporting participants with personal hygiene, complex needs, behavioral challenges, and assisting with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and preferably have six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. Applicants are also required to have a valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
