The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide nursing care for patient comfort and well-being by utilizing the Nursing Process, performing procedures ordered by the physician, and documenting care delivery and patient progress. Key duties include preparing patients, taking vital signs, administering allergy injections, performing breathing tests, and acting as a liaison between providers and patients.
Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of employment or a compact state, along with a High School Degree or GED. A minimum of one year of clinical work experience and understanding of OSHA guidelines for ambulatory practices are required.
