The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, which includes following the established plan of care and administering prescribed treatments and medications. This role also involves collaborating with the team to achieve positive patient care outcomes and representing the agency at health screening events.
Candidates must possess a current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license and have graduated from an accredited LPN School. Responsibilities require adherence to governing laws, effective use of nursing processes, and accountability for actions within the scope of education and experience.
