Performs total body and system assessment each shift/visit according to unit standards.
Care of
Patient: Including planning, implementing, evaluating and educating.
Clinical/Technical
Skills: Utilizes technology, procedures, protocols, standards and interventions specific to assigned unit.
Performs legible, timely, concise and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures. Proficient and competent with the computerized documentation system.
Requires 1-3 years of emergency or acute care nursing experience and an active California RN license. Must hold BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
