Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Full-Time Step into a role where your expertise makes an immediate impact. Our Level II–III NICU is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, confident, and collaborative Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a team that truly works together. Position Highlights

• 12‑ or 24‑hour shifts. Level III, 13-bed NICU with over 3,000 deliveries (225 NICU admits per year). High‑acuity variety: from newborn rounding to delivery attendance to hands‑on stabilization.
• Real responsibility: lead neonatal resuscitation, manage critical infants, and coordinate transports to and from regional nurseries.
• Work with the best: neonatologists, OB hospitalists, and MFM specialists. 1 Neonatologist and 1 NNP per shift, manageable census.
