The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, planning discharge, and revising the established plan of care as directed by a physician. This role involves providing holistic, patient-centered care addressing various physical needs within a retirement community setting.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program and hold active state licensure and national board certifications. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are also required, along with the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
