The Registered Nurse provides nursing care under physician supervision, requiring the application of basic biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to individuals and groups. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, providing direct skilled nursing care, administering medications safely, and responding professionally to emergencies.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing program and maintain current licensure in the State of Ohio, along with BCLS certification. Required abilities include performing basic analytical tasks, providing care across various age groups under supervision, and demonstrating proficiency in specific clinical skills like phlebotomy and EKG, as well as operating office technology.
