Key duties include performing patient admissions, focused assessments, administering medication, implementing physician orders, updating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital policies. The role also involves leading or assisting with patient education and activity groups, utilizing de-escalation techniques, and providing thorough shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
The primary requirement is holding a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Kentucky. The position is for a part-time role on the night shift, offering 12-hour shifts.
