The CT Tech will execute computed tomography procedures with limited supervision at the Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care Jefferson Ridge, working on a PRN basis as needed. This role also involves gathering patient histories and preparing necessary documentation for patient records, as well as notifying appropriate personnel for equipment services and preventive maintenance.
Candidates must be graduates of an AMA approved Radiology Technology Program and hold current A.R.R.T. Certification in General Radiology and/or Radiation Therapy, along with an Indiana Radiation Machine Operators Certificate. CT Certification is required or must be obtained within 12 months of hire, and a current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification is necessary.
