include completing required record keeping for resident movements, coordinating daily services with nursing staff to maintain the care regimen, and preparing/administering medications accurately. The role also involves reviewing care plans, providing leadership to nursing personnel, and participating in facility surveys.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree from an accredited institution and hold a current, unencumbered, active LPN license in the state, along with active CPR/BLS Certification. Required knowledge includes nursing practices, relevant laws/guidelines, and experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
