Description CAN Community Health is now hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Pay Rate: $51,200 - $64,000 annually based on experience

• This role involves clinical assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support the well-being of clients.
• They work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans, offer support, and empower them to achieve better mental and emotional well-being.
• This position works closely with the BH Specialty Programs Manager under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health and Midland Specialty.

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Collects data about patients through interview, case history, psychological tests, and/or observational techniques; evaluates data to identify cause of problems and to determine proper therapeutic approach or referral to other resources.
• Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
• Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provides therapeutic crisis intervention as required.
