About the role

This role involves providing direct medical services full-time (40 hours per week, 46 weeks per year) as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Concierge Physician specializing in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. The physician will operate within an integrated, nationally recognized organization utilizing the Epic EMR system.

Position Highlights

Position: EHMG Board Certified or Board Eligible Concierge Physician, Internal Medicine/ Family Medicine fellowship trained

Location: 600 W. Lake Cook Road, Suite 160, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089

Full Time - direct medical services for 40 hours per week, 46 weeks per year for full-time status (pro-rated for part-time status).

Salary range: $220,001-366,623. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Level
  • Doctor of Medicine with a current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
  • Minimum Licensure Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine with a current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
  • Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
  • Minimum Certification Requirements
  • Board certification/Board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Current Basic CPR certification through American Heart Association.
  • Minimum Work Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in area of expertise in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
