• The Nurse Practitioner oversees the quality of medical care delivered to meet the healthcare needs of the patients at Brynn Marr Hospital.
• Performs History and Physical examinations on all newly admitted patients.
• Provides medical consultations as needed.
• Completes documentation necessary to adhere to accepted medical standards of care.
• Provides medication management as needed.
• Appropriately requests consultation when indicated.

Qualifications

Education

• Current Advanced
• Practice
• Registered
• Nurse license to practice in the state
• Experience: Prefer minimum of three years experience as a nurse practitioner including medication management.
• License/Certification: Maintains national certification in nurse practitioner specialty area.

Skills

• Strong clinical physical assessment skills and knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology.
