The Physical Therapist assumes responsibility for patient care overseen by assistants and techs, potentially orienting staff and covering supervisory duties when necessary. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, initiating appropriate physical therapy interventions, and evaluating treatment effectiveness against established goals.
