• We are looking for part-time and full-time veterinarians to join our community devoted to providing accessible wellness care to the Seattle pet community.
• Opportunities in BoosterPet include running mobile wellness clinics in the greater Seattle area, providing in-clinic assistance at our downtown Seattle location (late Spring 2021), and providing virtual care consultations for our growing BoosterPet parent community.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinary technicians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
• With each hospital function, assist veterinary technicians to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow.
• Perform routine wellness examination and procedures.
• At this time, we do not provide spay/neuter services; however, we do provide scheduled, routine (basic) dental cleanings on certain days of the month.
• Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Membership options, medications, and additional treatments.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
• Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts.
• Use safe techniques, follow standard protocols, and help to maintain clean, sterile, organized treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs.
