As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, the role involves caring for an emergent patient population and being an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure superior patient experience. Responsibilities also include opportunities for professional development through pursuing certifications, advanced degrees, and engaging in unit councils or research projects.
Candidates must possess an RN Diploma or ASN, with a BSN being preferred, and hold a PA RN license or a multi-state license verified in an approved compact state. A minimum of one year of recent Emergency Department Nurse experience is preferred, and Provider BLS certification is preferred.
