The Medical Assistant-Senior performs general clinical duties such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and conducting diagnostic tests. They also support administrative tasks and maintain examination rooms to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must possess strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. Proficiency in Epic software is required, and the individual must be able to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Under limited supervision, responsible for general clinical duties such as taking vital signs, giving injections, performing simple diagnostic tests, collecting specimens, sterilizing and cleaning equipment, and maintaining examination rooms at an outpatient care site. May perform some administrative duties and support the documentation of patient records as dictated by the physician or provider.
