The Clinician will provide clinical services in a day treatment program, offering individual and group therapy to participants dealing with mental illness often complicated by co-occurring issues. This role involves leadership in the multidisciplinary team, including developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, coordinating crisis management, and supervising a clinical case manager.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in social work or a related field, and licensure in social work or the mental health field is preferred or the candidate must be license eligible. The position requires providing comprehensive clinical services within a residential treatment and day program setting for adults with mental illness.

NFI North is seeking two full-time Clinicians Monday-Friday at our 16-bed adult program which has been relocated to Arbor View in Newport, NH. This is a salaried position based upon candidate’s level of education and experience.
This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services, case management, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get back into the community by volunteering, gaining employment, and transitioning into apartments with the support of our amazing staff team.
Provide clinical services in a day treatment program setting. Offer individual and group therapy for participants whose mental illness can also be compromised by substance use, developmental deficits, neurological impairments, major illnesses, and legal constraints. This individual would act in a leadership role for a multidisciplinary treatment team while developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, coordinating crisis management, providing therapeutic services, providing supervision to a clinical case manager, and rotating on-call duties.
Master’s degree in social work or related field required. Licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or be license eligible.
