Job Description: SUMMARY:
The Occupational Therapist I (Outpatient) is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred to the facility. This includes patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning. The therapist functions as an effective team member and contributes to the development and achievement of department and organizational goals and objectives.
Requires a degree in occupational therapy and valid state licensure in Kentucky and Indiana. Certification as a Hand Therapist or significant experience in hand therapy is preferred.
