Minimum Requirements: Current and valid NP/PA licensure in IL Access to insured, reliable transportation 6 months of prior NP/PA work experience Preferred Requirements: 2+yrs Nursing Home Experience 2+ years of Cardiology or Pulmonary experience 2+ years of prior NP/PA work experience Professional Skills: Compassionate Resilience Integrity and Humility Inspired Innovation Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving.
