Responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals, documenting treatment information accurately, programming dialysis machines, and intervening in intradialytic problems as prescribed.
A High School Diploma is required, though 6 months of experience in a related field like EMT or Phlebotomy is preferred, and obtaining CCHT certification within 18 months of hire is mandatory. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary, and candidates must pass the Ishihara's Color Blindness test.
