The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will implement individualized patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services. Responsibilities include effective communication with patients and the interdisciplinary team, timely documentation, and coordinating treatment goals.
Candidates must possess an Associate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA or ACOTE-accredited program and maintain current certification and good standing with all regulatory agencies. Effective English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and demonstrated integrity are also required.
