The Physical Therapist will provide professional physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients, including assessment and performing procedures based on the patient's age and developmental status. Responsibilities also include providing quality services through direct, group, monitored, and consultative approaches, assisting with equipment, and preparing accurate patient records.
Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy school with a Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree and must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois, along with CPR certification. No clinical experience is required as this is an entry-level position, but strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are necessary.
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL; CPR certification.
