The aide provides direct therapeutic services to program residents, which includes crisis intervention, medication management, and training in activities of daily living. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the physical environment of the residence according to policy and procedures.
Candidates must have experience in mental health, substance abuse, and/or a residential setting, along with a High School Diploma (Associate or Bachelor preferred) and a valid driver's license. Required skills include communication, conflict resolution, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database navigation.
Under the supervision of the management staff and responsible for providing direct therapeutic services to residents of the program. These services include but are not limited to: crisis intervention, medication management, training in activities of daily living. Responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the residence. All responsibilities under hospital and residential policy and procedures.
Experience in mental health, substance abuse and/or residential setting.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor preferred
Valid driver's license in good standing
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
