The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) is responsible for providing recovery-focused services, including the safe and appropriate administration of physician-prescribed medical treatments and medications. This role ensures the safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct patient care according to established policies and standards of care.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited LVN/LPT program and possess current licensure, along with a valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance listing them as a driver. There is a preference for candidates available for Monday through Friday AM shifts.

On-Call | Shifts and days may vary as needed - Priority for candidates available Monday - Friday AM shifts
Expected starting wage range is $29.93 - $36.98. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Contra Costa Hope House serves adults aged 18-59 experiencing an acute mental health emergency. Adults aged 59 and older are admitted on a case by case basis. The average length of stay is 7-10 days.
