The Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist 2 assists physicians in performing interventional, cardiovascular, and operating room procedures by producing images to actively support the attending physician using established protocols. This role also involves providing complete pre and post-procedure education to patients and families.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of progressive interventional or cardiovascular experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program. Required certifications include ARRT (R), a Louisiana/Mississippi License, and Basic Life Support (BLS).
