The pharmacist will oversee the mixing of oncologic therapeutics and associated medication, while also reviewing chemotherapy orders for accuracy and safety. Responsibilities also include supervising the oral dispensing center and participating in oncology disease-related groups to support guideline development.
Candidates must possess a Pharm.D or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, along with completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency. A minimum of two years of Pharmacist experience is required, and a CA PharmD License is preferred.
