The Behavioral Health Specialist I provides comprehensive behavioral health services, including assessment, intervention, emotional support, and de-escalation to individuals and families. This role requires collaboration with healthcare providers to coordinate care, implement treatment plans, and offer crisis intervention services as needed.
A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, along with a minimum age of 18 and 1-3 years of relevant experience in behavioral health or social services. Candidates must also obtain Basic Life Support certification and complete Non-Violent Intervention training within 30 days.
This position is scheduled on an as needed basis. casual, M-F, 1-8pm
