Market context

Texas FNP roles remain competitive

Texas continues to see steady demand for Nurse Practitioners, especially in family practice and outpatient settings where access and continuity of care matter. This role is competitive because employers often look for an AMA-accredited FNP background, an active or pending Texas license, CPR certification, and the ability to meet practical job requirements such as travel and physical duties.
