The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for management and delivery of patient care to assigned patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. This role includes providing direct patient care, delegating responsibilities, and leading the interdisciplinary team under the direction of the attending physician.
$38.00 – $62.74 per hour (Determined case-by-case based on experience, education, and certifications). Sign-On Bonus: Competitive signing incentives available (Eligibility determined at time of offer). Shift Differentials: Premium pay rates applied directly to evening and overnight hours. Financial Bonuses: Direct cash payouts awarded upon achieving specialty clinical certifications.
Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing Program and a current RN license in New York are required. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
BSN preferred. Associate degree hires must complete their BSN within 5 years (RNs with 20+ years of experience can substitute an advanced certification for the BSN requirement).
Active, unrestricted New York State (NYS) RN License.
