Independently evaluate and manage patients with pelvic floor disorders, including urinary and fecal incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. Provide patient education and coordinate surgical referrals with the surgical team.
Christianacare is currently seeking a dedicated nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our existing team of amazing and supportive providers. This position is 100% subspecialty work in urogynecology serving a robust patient population. It does not include general gynecology or primary care patients.
We offer close collaborative work at our main clinical site located in newark, de with coverage to include our smyrna, de practice. Early career clinicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
ChristianaCare’s Center for Urogynecology and Pelvic Surgery is a high-volume, well-established outpatient practice with a long-standing history of excellence in the community. The practice is staffed by three experienced surgeons, two experienced advanced practice providers, and three continence nurses, offering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Annual Compensation Range $111,278.00 - $140,485.00
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.

Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware with BLS certification and prescriptive authority. Certification in Women's Health or Family Medicine is required, with prior experience in Urogynecology preferred.
