Inpatient Operations Pharmacists are responsible for ensuring the effective execution of daily distribution, repackaging, compounding, and perioperative pharmacy operations, including final product verification for medications. They also provide clinical support to onsite clinics and Home Hospital patients while contributing to department goals through quality improvement and medication safety initiatives.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Pharmacist State License, with a Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration preferred. Preferred experience includes 2-3 years working as a pharmacist, along with extensive knowledge across various pharmacy department areas.
