The role involves supporting individuals by following their Support Plans, which includes engaging in activities like visiting parks and working on social and communication skills. Responsibilities also include teaching daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry to foster independence.
Candidates should have a strong desire to positively impact individuals' lives through encouragement, mentoring, and coaching to achieve their goals. A current valid Driver's license is required, although no prior experience is necessary as paid training is provided.
