This is a full-time, employed position with the health system located near Philadelphia with easy access to the New Jersey Shore, New York City, and Washington DC.

NAPBC-accredited program supported by a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team including radiology, pathology, plastic surgery, medical oncology, and radiation oncology
Comprehensive, patient-centered care model with close collaboration among nurse navigators, genetic counselors, research coordinators, social workers, rehabilitation services (OT/PT), and home care teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
Shared breast surgery call with a two-week rotation among a team of dedicated breast surgeons
Strong clinical support structure including two advanced practice providers, a nurse coordinator, and a dedicated surgical scheduler
Well-established and robust referral network supporting consistent case volume and program growth
In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all physician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $400,000.00 per year. Final compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
