The Care Associate will be responsible for supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while assisting them with activities of daily living. This includes implementing personal care plans, providing comfort and companionship, assisting with resident programs, and coordinating with the clinical team.

Candidates must possess a current CNA certification for the state of work and be at least 18 years old, with basic computer skills required. A minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience and current CPR certification are preferred, and all new hires must pass an extensive Level 2 background screening.
