The Speech Language Pathologist treats speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages, primarily supplementing weekend staffing. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing integrated treatment plans with specific goals, and modifying plans as necessary.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in speech/language pathology from an approved program, or be in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Required credentials include a Certificate of Clinical Competence or active CFY engagement, a current Florida Speech Language Pathologist license (provisional acceptable), and current BLS/HealthCare Provider Certification.
Education/Training Master’s degree in speech/language pathology from an approved program. Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) may apply.
