The Certified Nursing Assistant supports nursing staff by promptly answering call bells, stocking supplies, and assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing and grooming. This role also involves obtaining vital signs, preparing patients for meals, and thoroughly documenting all care provided in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
The primary requirement for this position is an active NYS CNA certification, with a High School Diploma or GED and prior patient care or customer service experience being preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or sitting for extended periods.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs various duties in the treatment and care of patients/residents in accordance with the established methods and procedures under the direction of a Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, RNs and LPNs on duty
• NYS CNA certification
• May require lifting (up to 50 lbs.), may require sitting or standing for long periods. Must be able to physically operate the equipment required for the job
