The Outpatient Nurse is primarily responsible for the day-to-day medical aspects of Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs for various patient populations. This includes signing off on physician’s orders, implementing treatment plans, completing medication reconciliation, conducting education groups, and participating in discharge planning.
Candidates must possess a current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio and have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's Degree strongly preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment is preferred, along with training in non-violent physical crisis intervention and CPR.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree strongly preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment is preferred.
