The Registered Nurse will observe, assess, document, and report resident conditions during rounds, implementing the individualized Plan of Care as directed. Responsibilities also include overseeing CNAs, handling resident discharges, completing nursing assessments before physician calls, and communicating status updates to residents' Points of Contact.
Candidates must possess a current State Registered Nurse License, a valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance. Two years of experience as an RN in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.

During rounds observes, assess, documents and reports resident conditions and/or changes Implement the individualized Plan Of Care as directed Identify significant changes in the condition of residents and takes necessary action per facility policies and procedures Oversees and monitors Certified Nurse Aides Discharge residents per facility Completion of Nursing Assessment for Physician Calls prior to calling Physician on any change in resident condition Communicate with resident’s Point of Contact when they ask for status updates or if there is a change in condition Provide training to other staff as needed Utilize excellent customer care skills with internal and external customers, including using proper phone etiquette Timely submission of all documentation Performance of other duties as required Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures It is this Agency's policy to provide equal employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, religion, military status, gender preference, sex, marital status, national origin or disability.
