About the role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process in a collaborative manner to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care within their scope of practice. The RN must support the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within the healthcare system and on their assigned unit.

Requirements

Candidates must possess licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey and preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Successful completion of department-specific orientation, including obtaining Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications through the American Heart Association within one year of hire is required.
