• Role Overview NorthStar is offering a Full-Time Anesthesiology opportunity with true quality of life schedule, working 1 week on and two weeks off, at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD.
• Our physicians and CRNAs work together in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix.

• FT Opportunity: Schedule: 7a-7p; 1 week on, 2 week off (total of 17.5 weeks per year) Now offering $100k Sign-On Bonus Total Annual Compensation: $375k Base Salary + $25k Quality Bonus Case mix primarily includes: General Surgery, Ortho, GI and OB.
