Candidates must possess current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and are preferred to have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and one year of professional RN experience. While BLS is required, PALS certification is preferred at hire and must be obtained within six months, with recent experience in relevant critical care areas being preferred.
