The 20-bed Transitional Care Unit serves primarily short-stay recuperative and rehabilitation patients—a majority are geriatric and/or stable post-op orthopedic and oncology patients.
The TCU is a family- and patient-focused environment where collaboration and communication are paramount, and you should be comfortable working with wound vacs, hoyer lifts, and standard IV therapy.
You will partner with the patient and his or her family, along with a diverse roster of therapists and counselors to help the patient return home with as much independence as possible.
The TCU features a wide array of recreational activities, 24-hour visitation for family and friends, and an onsite PT/OT gym.
OAPSA clearance is required.

The Professional Staff Nurse provides highly competent patient care and treatment while demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning.

Shifts/Hours: Our RNs work a rotating 12-hour schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage on the floor. *Hours and travel are subject to change based on business needs.
No degree preference - ASN, BSN, MSN all welcome! · Acute care or skilled/long term care experience preferred. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Registered Nurse (RN) Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
