The role involves providing full-spectrum primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities also include conducting Annual Wellness Visits, developing personalized treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with specialists.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program with current certification and licensure. A minimum of one year of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) experience is required, preferably within a primary care setting.
