Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and obtain Basic Life Support certification within six months of hire. Alternatively, applicants need a PCA/PCT diploma with relevant experience, a CNA or EMT certification, or be enrolled in an accredited nursing program having completed Nursing Fundamentals coursework.
