Practice across CentraCare Health Plaza and St.
Cloud Hospital, splitting your time between outpatient endoscopy and clinic and inpatient rounding and procedures.
This role offers the best of both environments: structured outpatient care alongside the fast-paced nature of inpatient consults and acute GI procedures.
Physicians play a key role in growing advanced GI service lines, delivering cutting-edge care comparable to major academic centers while supporting a strong community-focused mission.

Split time between outpatient clinic/endoscopy and inpatient rounding and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary range: expected minimum $752,000, could be as high as $1,000,000 plus per year, based on production incentive levels achieved
Tiered production incentive model
8,435 wRVU (or greater) annually achieves highest tier
Premium conversion factor of $89.25 at highest tier
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
