The Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care, utilizing critical thinking and nursing processes to enhance patient outcomes through collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Key duties include accurate patient assessment, medication administration, formulating teaching plans, and performing necessary treatments and services.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and possess an active RN license along with BLS certification within 14 days of hire, with ACLS/PALS being preferred. Required skills include computer literacy, the ability to perform general nursing duties, patient education, and effective prioritization.
