Seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct care services in the communities listed above. A New York State LPN License is required for this position.
These placements are 1 on 1 and per diem with individuals in our local community who utilize the services of certified care professionals in various settings. These services can include direct care, medication pouring, facility support, injections, and beyond – personalized assistance to ensure a quality lived experience for our clients. Per diem work means that you will have complete flexibility over which shifts you accept, and right of refusal for any cases you are contacted for.
Candidates must possess a valid NYS LPN Certificate and meet several pre-employment requirements, including specific blood tests, PPD tests, proof of flu vaccination, and medical malpractice insurance. Applicants must also provide proof of MMR vaccination and an annual physical indicating fitness for work.
